A print advertisement created for the Nebraska Tourism Commission has received a Professional Silver ADDY award from the American Advertising Federation – Nebraska.
The ad, produced by advertising agency Bailey Lauerman, was designed to promote the 50th anniversary of NEBRASKAland Days June 18-28 in North Platte. The ad was strategically placed in collateral materials for the National Western Stock Show recently held in Denver.
“As a key sponsor of the National Western Stock Show we are provided opportunities to promote attractions and events that fit well within the targeted demographics of the NWSS,” Nebraska Tourism’s Executive Director Kathy McKillip said. “This year was a special opportunity to show and shine as we utilized additional efforts to enhance NEBRASKAland Days’ 50th Anniversary, which is a uniquely special event for Nebraska.”
McKillip presented a framed copy of the award winning ad today to NEBRASKAland Days board members and North Platte Convention and Visitors Bureau staff.
“We are just tickled that the creative partnership that we share and embrace with our Bailey Lauerman team resulted in receiving this award,” McKillip said. “But more importantly, it brings attention to Nebraska Tourism and NEBRASKAland Days.”
The Silver ADDY awards are presented by the AAF Lincoln and Omaha chapters to recognize professional-quality work produced in Nebraska.
